Thanksgiving

It was great having my sister here. Getting to hang out with her and her family, it does make me sad wishing we could be closer. To be able to see the people you want anytime you want to. I keep telling myself it is not forever...But, who really knows how long it will be. Life is different here, but I find if I try not to focus on it then it's not so bad!!

I hope that you had a great Thanksgiving!!

Sometimes we need a little rain

SO, today as I was thinking about things I stopped and realized sometimes we need a little rain. To help us grow move beyond ourselves. I defiantly feel that is what Utah is doing to me. I respect others for their beliefs for the way they live their lives. I am learning and changing daily here.

We are getting ready for Thanksgiving I am thinking of all I have to be Thankful for!!!! My sister and her kids are coming I am looking forward to that. Just having people around who have to love you!

Missing Maryland

One more post....

Today I found myself missing Maryland... If you have never been in the fall make sure it something you do before you die!

I miss the colors of the trees the musky smell of the leaves the way the crunch under your feet as you walk down the street...The crisp fell of the air...all of the green and trees is bright colors!

My amazing friends I left there...They are some of the best women I have ever had the pleasure of calling friend!!!!

Learning to Love Utah

So we are learning to love Utah. Getting out making more friends and enjoying the sheer beauty of this place! Utah is a very pretty place for those of you who have never visited this fine state! We spent the evening at Thanksgiving Point the boys rode horses, decorated cookies and then we had dinner. All in all it was the perfect day for a mom to spend the day with four boys. I hope that the sun never goes down on your anger, that you can find beauty in all things, and that peace would be your greatest virtue.
